Updating an Established Brand

PXT Select is a product that helps businesses find the perfect fit for each position. The brand was in need of an update and the website had not been changed for several years. This project was meant to bring life back into the website and drive more users to learn more about the product. The plan to reinvigorate the brand was to focus on the human element. If the goal is to find the right people, we should have them in the forefront of people’s minds.

Friendly Faces

The new stylings play with depth and color to create more dynamic compositions. These new iterations continue to focus on the human aspect of the content. In doing this we aim to show inclusivity and try to challenge assumptions or bias when it comes to the hiring process.


Context is Key

The site is the start of a total brand update that brings more clarity and context to what the product offers. Here we are looking for a bold candidate and someone who has the ‘Decisiveness’ trait to fit this role. When we show more of the information it allows people to see how the product works in the decision-making process.
